Asus ROG Phone 7 is a bit better than the Sony Xperia XZ2, having a global score of 81.2 against 79.1. Asus ROG Phone 7's body is way newer and just a little thinner, but somewhat heavier than Sony Xperia XZ2. The Xperia XZ2 counts with a lot better performance than Asus ROG Phone 7, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
Xperia XZ2 has a sharper display than Asus ROG Phone 7, although it has a little bit worse screen density, a quite smaller display and a lot lower 1080 x 2160 resolution.
