Xperia XZ2 has a general score of 79.1, which is a little bit better than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2)'s 77.4 global score. Xperia XZ2's design is somewhat heavier and incredibly thicker than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2). The Xperia XZ2 has a bit better processing power than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor.

The Xperia XZ2 has a bit more vivid display than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2160px and a little smaller screen, it also counts with much more brightness and a just a bit better count of pixels per inch in the screen. Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) counts with a really longer battery life than Xperia XZ2, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
