Comparison review
The Google Pixel is a little bit better than the Xperia XZ2, having an 80.2 score against 79.1. The Google Pixel construction is way lighter and noticeably thinner than Xperia XZ2, even though it was released around 18 months before. Xperia XZ2 has a little more vivid screen than Google Pixel, because although it has a just a bit lower pixel density, it also counts with a little bit higher 1080 x 2160 resolution and a bit bigger display.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 counts with a little faster processing unit than Google Pixel, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Sony Xperia XZ2 also has a higher number of faster cores. Sony Xperia XZ2 has a quite bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Google Pixel, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that supports up to 400 GB.
The Xperia XZ2 counts with better battery performance than Google Pixel, because it has a 15% bigger battery size. Xperia XZ2 features just a bit better camera than Google Pixel, and although they both have the same video quality, the same back camera sensor size and a F2 diafragm aperture, the Xperia XZ2 also has a camera in the back with a much higher 19 megapixels resolution and faster video frame rates.
