Comparison review
The LG G8X ThinQ is a bit better than the Sony Xperia XZ2, with a global score of 82.7 against 79.1. The LG G8X ThinQ body is newer, just a bit lighter and noticeably thinner than the Sony Xperia XZ2. LG G8X ThinQ features a bit better performance than Xperia XZ2, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the LG G8X ThinQ also has more RAM.
The Xperia XZ2 features a little more vivid screen than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2160, it also counts with a little bit greater amount of pixels in each display inch. The LG G8X ThinQ features much more memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia XZ2, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and an external memory card slot that admits up to 1,95 TB.
LG G8X ThinQ has better battery duration than Xperia XZ2, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity. The Sony Xperia XZ2 shoots a little bit better videos and photos than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is worse for low-light photography, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Sony Xperia XZ2 also counts with a bigger sensor and a way more mega pixels camera in the back.
