The Xperia XZ2 has an overall score of 79.1, which is a bit better than OnePlus 8 Pro's 77.2 global score. The Xperia XZ2 body is just a bit lighter than OnePlus 8 Pro, but it is thicker and was released many years before. The OnePlus 8 Pro features just a bit better hardware performance than Xperia XZ2, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has a greater amount of RAM.
The OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a sharper screen than Xperia XZ2, because it has a larger display, way more brightness, a higher 1440 x 3168 resolution and a just a little more pixels per display inch. Xperia XZ2 features a better storage to install applications and games than OnePlus 8 Pro, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 400 GB. The OnePlus 8 Pro has a much better battery life than Sony Xperia XZ2, because it has 4510mAh of battery capacity against 3180mAh.
