Comparison review
Galaxy Note Fan Edition is just a bit better than Xperia XZ2, with a score of 80.4 against 79.1. The Galaxy Note Fan Edition is an older device than Xperia XZ2, but it is somewhat lighter and much thinner anyway. The Sony Xperia XZ2 features just a bit better screen than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, although it has a just a little less pixels per inch in the screen and a way lower resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels, they both have a screen of the same size.
The Xperia XZ2 has a bit bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Xperia XZ2 also has a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 400 GB. The Xperia XZ2 features a bit better CPU than Galaxy Note Fan Edition. Both of them have a Octa-Core processing unit and the same RAM memory amount.
The Xperia XZ2 has a much better camera than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Xperia XZ2 also counts with faster 60 fps video frame rate, a camera with lot more mega pixels and a larger camera sensor which offers a higher photo and video quality.
Galaxy Note Fan Edition features a battery duration that's very similar to Xperia XZ2's battery lifetime, although the Galaxy Note Fan Edition also has a 3200mAh battery capacity instead of 3180mAh.
