Comparison review
The Xperia 1 has a general score of 82.6, which is a little bit better than Xperia XZ2's 79.1 general score. Xperia 1 is a newer phone, and it is also lighter and incredibly thinner than Xperia XZ2. Xperia 1 features just a bit better processing power than Sony Xperia XZ2, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
Xperia 1 features a little sharper screen than Sony Xperia XZ2, because although it has way less brightness, it also counts with a lot better 1644 x 3840 resolution, a bit larger screen and a much higher count of pixels per inch of display. Xperia XZ2 has just a bit better camera than Xperia 1, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for taking images and video in low-light situations, and they both have the same video definition, the Xperia XZ2 also counts with better video frame rates, a larger sensor taking better quality videos and photographs and a back camera with much more MP.
The Sony Xperia 1 has a much greater storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xperia XZ2, because it has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB and more internal storage. Xperia 1 features just a little better battery performance than Xperia XZ2, because it has 3330mAh of battery capacity.
