Comparison review
Xperia 5 II is much better than Xperia XZ2, with an 87.2 score against 79.1. Xperia 5 II's design is way newer, somewhat lighter and a lot thinner than Xperia XZ2. The Sony Xperia 5 II has a bit better CPU than Xperia XZ2, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Sony Xperia 5 II also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
Xperia XZ2 counts with just a bit better looking display than Sony Xperia 5 II, although it has a quite smaller screen, a little bit less pixels per screen inch and a bit lower 1080 x 2160px resolution. Xperia 5 II's camera is very similar to the Xperia XZ2 one, because although the Xperia 5 II has a back-facing camera with a lot worse 12 MP resolution and a lower video quality, it also counts with a much bigger back-facing camera sensor which gives a lot better image and video quality and a bigger aperture for better low light photos.
Xperia 5 II features a much bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Sony Xperia XZ2, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 1000 GB and more internal memory. Xperia 5 II has longer battery performance than Xperia XZ2, because it has a 26 percent larger battery size.
