Comparison review
The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has an overall score of 79.8, which is a little bit better than the Sony Xperia XZ2's overall score of 79.1. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium is an extremely older phone than the Sony Xperia XZ2, but it is just a little bit lighter and extremely thinner anyway. Xperia XZ2 has just a little better hardware performance than Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, and they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia XZ2 also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Xperia Z5 Premium features a much more vibrant screen than Xperia XZ2, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a lot better 3840 x 2160 pixels resolution and a way higher display pixel density. The Xperia XZ2 shoots a little bit better photos and videos than Xperia Z5 Premium, although it has a worse (4K) video resolution, a less mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera and a tinier aperture which is not so good for low-light images and video, they both have the same camera sensor size.
The Xperia XZ2 counts with a superior memory capacity to install games and applications than Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has 64 GB internal storage and a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 400 GB. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium features just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Xperia XZ2, because it has 3430mAh of battery capacity.
