Comparison review
Xperia XZ2 is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi MIX, getting a general score of 79.1 against 76.2. Even though the Xperia XZ2 is noticeably thicker than Xiaomi Mi MIX, it's a little bit lighter and newer. The Xperia XZ2 features just a bit better performance than Xiaomi Mi MIX, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Xperia XZ2 also has more processing cores.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 features a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher 1080 x 2160px resolution, a brighter display and a little bit higher amount of pixels in each inch in the screen. The Sony Xperia XZ2 captures a bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi MIX, and although they both have the same camera aperture and the same (4K) video definition, the Sony Xperia XZ2 also has a back-facing camera with a higher 19 megapixels resolution, better video frame rate and a much larger sensor shooting way higher quality videos and pictures.
The Xperia XZ2 has more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 400 GB. Xiaomi Mi MIX counts with a much better battery duration than Xperia XZ2, because it has 4400mAh of battery capacity.
