The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has an overall score of 80.3, which is slightly better than the Xperia XZ2's 79.1 global score. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 design is newer, noticeably thinner and a bit lighter than Xperia XZ2. The Sony Xperia XZ2 features a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because although it has a quite smaller display and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2160px, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch of display.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 features a greater storage to install applications and games than Sony Xperia XZ2, because although it has a SD card slot that holds 144 GB smaller, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage. The Xperia XZ2 features just a little better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7. Both of them have the same RAM memory amount and a Octa-Core processor.
