IPhone 6s has an overall score of 83, which is a bit better than the Xperia XZ3's 79.6 global score. IPhone 6s's body is noticeably thinner and much lighter than Xperia XZ3, despite of the fact that it was released 3 years before. The iPhone 6s comes with iOS 9.x OS, while Xperia XZ3 comes with Android 9.0 Pie OS.
The iPhone 6s has a bit better CPU than Xperia XZ3, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and an inferior number of cores and slower, it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit and a 64-bit processor. Xperia XZ3 features a bit more vivid display than iPhone 6s, because it has a lot higher 1440 x 2880 pixels resolution, a quite more brightness, a way better pixel density and a larger screen.
Xperia XZ3 features a bigger storage to store more apps and games than Apple iPhone 6s, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory slot that admits up to 512 GB. The Xperia XZ3 features a very superior battery lifetime than Apple iPhone 6s, because it has a 94% bigger battery size.
