IPhone 6s Plus is a bit better than Xperia XZ3, with a general score of 84.2 against 79.6. Even though the iPhone 6s Plus is notably older than Xperia XZ3, it's body is notably thinner and a bit lighter. The iPhone 6s Plus works with iOS 9.x operating system, while Xperia XZ3 counts with Android 9.0 Pie operating system.
Apple iPhone 6s Plus features a little faster processor than Xperia XZ3, because although it has lesser RAM memory and a lower number of slower cores, it also counts with a 64-bits CPU and an extra graphics processor. IPhone 6s Plus features a little sharper screen than Sony Xperia XZ3, although it has a lot lower pixel quantity per inch in the display, a little bit smaller display, less bright display and a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080.
