The Sony Xperia XZ3 is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate 20, with a 79.6 score against 79.5. The Sony Xperia XZ3 is a thicker and just a little heavier phone than Huawei Mate 20. Both phones in this comparison use the same Android 9.0 Pie OS (Operating System), so both of them should offer all the same operating system features.
