Comparison review
The Xperia XZ3 has a global score of 79.6, which is a little bit better than Huawei Mate 8's 77.4 overall score. Even though the Xperia XZ3 is notably newer than Huawei Mate 8, it's incredibly thicker and a bit heavier. Xperia XZ3 has a bit superior processor than Huawei Mate 8. They have 4 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core processing unit.
The Xperia XZ3 features a much better looking display than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have a same size display, the Xperia XZ3 also has a much higher 1440 x 2880 resolution and a higher display density. Huawei Mate 8 has a bit more memory for games and applications than Xperia XZ3, because although it has a SD card slot that supports 384 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
The Huawei Mate 8 features greater battery performance than Xperia XZ3, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity instead of 3330mAh. Xperia XZ3 captures much better photographs and videos than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have the same aperture, the Xperia XZ3 also has a back camera with a better 19 megapixels resolution and a lot better 3840x2160 video definition.
Although Sony Xperia XZ3 is a better device, it costs more than Huawei Mate 8, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Huawei Mate 8. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy Huawei Mate 8, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
