Comparison review
The Huawei Mate Xs has a score of 91.6, which is much better than the Xperia XZ3's 79.6 score. The Huawei Mate Xs is a newer phone than the Xperia XZ3, although it's a little thicker and much heavier. Huawei Mate Xs has a bit superior processor than Xperia XZ3, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei Mate Xs also has more RAM.
Sony Xperia XZ3 counts with a brighter screen than Huawei Mate Xs, because although it has a bit lower 1440 x 2880 resolution and a way smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixels amount per screen inch. The Huawei Mate Xs shoots a bit better videos and photos than Xperia XZ3, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Huawei Mate Xs also has a camera with lot more mega pixels, a bigger camera aperture and a lot larger back camera sensor taking way higher quality photographs and videos.
Huawei Mate Xs features a much better memory to install applications and games than Xperia XZ3, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The Huawei Mate Xs counts with greater battery duration than Sony Xperia XZ3, because it has a 35 percent more battery size.
