Comparison review
The LG Velvet has a global score of 87.1, which is just a bit better than the Xperia XZ3's global score of 79.6. The LG Velvet construction is newer, a bit lighter and thinner than the Xperia XZ3. The Xperia XZ3 counts with a bit superior CPU than LG Velvet, although it has less RAM, they both have 8 cores.
Xperia XZ3 features a better display than LG Velvet, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2880 and more pixels per inch in the screen. LG Velvet features a very superior memory to install applications and games than Sony Xperia XZ3, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal memory capacity.
LG Velvet has a bit better camera than Xperia XZ3, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the LG Velvet also has a back camera with a lot higher 48 megapixels resolution, a larger camera sensor capturing higher quality videos and photos and a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better low-light captures and videos.
