Both devices in this review include Android OS, but the Xperia XZ3 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Moto G41 has Android 11 version, giving you some nice extra features and performance improvements. Xperia XZ3's body is way older, thicker and just a little bit heavier than the Moto G41.
The Xperia XZ3 has just a little better hardware performance than Moto G41. They have a 4 GB RAM memory and a Octa-Core processor. Xperia XZ3 features a much better looking screen than Motorola Moto G41, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixel density and a better resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels.
The Xperia XZ3 captures a bit better videos and photos than Motorola Moto G41, because although it has a camera with a way worse resolution and a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for low-light captures and videos, it also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality. The Motorola Moto G41 counts with much more storage for applications and games than Sony Xperia XZ3, because it has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB and more internal storage.
The Moto G41 features a way better battery life than Sony Xperia XZ3, because it has a 50% bigger battery size.
