Comparison review
The Sony Xperia XZ3 is slightly better than the Nokia 9 PureView, getting a general score of 79.6 against 76.4. Sony Xperia XZ3 is a somewhat heavier and incredibly thicker phone than the Nokia 9 PureView. The Nokia 9 PureView has a bit better CPU than Xperia XZ3, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Nokia 9 PureView also has a larger amount of RAM.
Xperia XZ3 has a bit more vivid display than Nokia 9 PureView. They have a display with the same size, the same exact resolution of 1440 x 2880 and a greater pixels amount in each inch in the display. The Xperia XZ3 has a slightly better camera than Nokia 9 PureView, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not good for taking pictures or videos in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same (4K) video quality, the Xperia XZ3 also counts with a camera with a much better 19 megapixels resolution and a larger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Xperia XZ3 has a greater memory capacity to install applications and games than Nokia 9 PureView, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 512 GB. The Nokia 9 PureView's battery lifetime is very similar to Sony Xperia XZ3's battery lifetime, although the Nokia 9 PureView has 3320mAh of battery capacity.
Although Sony Xperia XZ3 is a better device, it costs more money than the Nokia 9 PureView, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Nokia 9 PureView. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get Nokia 9 PureView, and give up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
