Comparison review
Galaxy Fold has a global score of 97.6, which is much better than the Xperia XZ3's 79.6 score. Even though the Galaxy Fold is noticeably heavier than Xperia XZ3, it's much thinner and newer. Both phones in this comparison use the same Android 9.0 Pie OS. The Samsung Galaxy Fold features a little faster processor than Xperia XZ3, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Fold also has 8 GB more RAM memory.
Sony Xperia XZ3 features a much better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels and a higher screen density. The Xperia XZ3 shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a much tinier camera aperture and lower 30 frames per second video frame rates, and they both have the same video resolution, the Xperia XZ3 also counts with a lot better 19 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera and a bigger camera sensor.
The Galaxy Fold has much more storage capacity for games and applications than Xperia XZ3, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity. Galaxy Fold features superior battery life than Xperia XZ3, because it has 4380mAh of battery capacity against 3330mAh.
Samsung Galaxy Fold is a lot more expensive than Sony Xperia XZ3, but you can get a much better phone for that few more dollars.
