Comparison review

The Xperia XZ3 is just a bit better than Galaxy Note 5, getting a general score of 79.6 against 79.3. The Xperia XZ3 design is notably newer than Galaxy Note 5's, although it's somewhat heavier and extremely thicker. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Xperia XZ3 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy Note 5 has Android 5.1, counting with lots of additional features.

The Xperia XZ3 has a quite superior performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Xperia XZ3 also has 7 more CPU cores. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 counts with a little more vivid display than Sony Xperia XZ3, although it has a quite lower resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, a little smaller screen and a little bit less pixels per inch in the screen.

The Xperia XZ3 has just a bit better camera than Galaxy Note 5, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Xperia XZ3 also counts with a camera with a better resolution and a larger back camera sensor shooting higher quality videos and photos.

The Xperia XZ3 features a lot bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Xperia XZ3 also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 512 GB. The Sony Xperia XZ3 has a bit longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because it has 3330mAh of battery capacity.

Although Sony Xperia XZ3 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy Note 5, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Note 5. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Sony Xperia XZ3, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Galaxy Note 5, letting go some specs and features.
