The Xperia XZ3 is just a bit better than Galaxy Note 5, getting a general score of 79.6 against 79.3. The Xperia XZ3 design is notably newer than Galaxy Note 5's, although it's somewhat heavier and extremely thicker. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Xperia XZ3 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy Note 5 has Android 5.1, counting with lots of additional features.

So if you need that extra features, you can buy Sony Xperia XZ3, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Galaxy Note 5, letting go some specs and features.
