Sony Xperia XZ3 has a score of 79.6, which is a bit better than Galaxy Note3's 77.7 general score. Sony Xperia XZ3's body is much newer, but heavier and thicker than the Galaxy Note3. These devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Sony Xperia XZ3 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy Note3 has Android 4.4.2 version.
The Sony Xperia XZ3 features a sharper display than Galaxy Note3, because it has a lot better 1440 x 2880px resolution, a little larger screen and a better pixel density. The Sony Xperia XZ3 features a lot bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy Note3, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Sony Xperia XZ3 also has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB.
