Galaxy S10 5G is much better than Xperia XZ3, with a global score of 93.6 against 79.6. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S10 5G has 11 version while Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie. Although the Galaxy S10 5G and Xperia XZ3 were only released with a few months difference, Galaxy S10 5G's body is just a little heavier but also incredibly thinner than Xperia XZ3.
Xperia XZ3 has a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy S10 5G, because although it has a little lower 1440 x 2880 resolution and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per display inch. The Galaxy S10 5G features a bit superior processor than Xperia XZ3, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy S10 5G also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
