Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is way better than Xperia XZ3, getting a score of 98.1 against 79.6. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra construction is newer and thinner than Xperia XZ3's, although it's also heavier. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has 11 version and Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Galaxy S21 Ultra features just a bit better screen than Sony Xperia XZ3, because although it has a bit inferior number of pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a bit higher 1440 x 3200px resolution, a bit bigger screen and a much brighter screen. Xperia XZ3 counts with a quite bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB.

The Galaxy S21 Ultra costs a little more money than Sony Xperia XZ3, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
