Galaxy S22 Ultra has a score of 95.4, which is better than the Xperia XZ3's overall score of 79.6. Both of these phones include Android OS, but the Galaxy S22 Ultra has older 13 version and Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Galaxy S22 Ultra is a noticeably newer and thinner cellphone than Xperia XZ3, although it's somewhat heavier.
