Comparison review
The Sony Xperia XZ3 is slightly better than the Xperia Z3, with a 79.6 score against 77.3. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Sony Xperia XZ3 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Xperia Z3 has Android 4.4.4, providing you a couple nice extra features and enhanced performance. The Sony Xperia XZ3 design is noticeably newer, but somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker than Xperia Z3.
Sony Xperia Z3 features a little more vivid display than Sony Xperia XZ3, because although it has a way worse 1920 x 1080 resolution, a bit worse pixels count in each inch in the display and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a little more brightness. The Xperia XZ3 counts with a little bit better processing power than Sony Xperia Z3, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and a higher number of cores (and they are faster).
The Sony Xperia XZ3 has just a bit better camera than Xperia Z3, although it has a worse 3840x2160 video definition and a less mega pixels camera, they both have a F2 aperture and a same size camera sensor. Xperia XZ3 has a way bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Sony Xperia Z3, because it has 32 GB more internal storage capacity and an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB.
The Sony Xperia XZ3 counts with a little better battery performance than Xperia Z3, because it has 3330mAh of battery capacity against 3200mAh.
Although Xperia XZ3 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xperia Z3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xperia Z3. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Xperia XZ3, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Xperia Z3, letting go a couple specifications.
