Comparison review
The Xperia XZ3 is a bit better than Xiaomi Mi 6, having a general score of 79.6 against 76.5. Although Xperia XZ3 is newer than Xiaomi Mi 6, it's notably thicker and somewhat heavier. Xperia XZ3 features a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi 6, because although it has a bit darker screen, it also counts with a greater pixel amount per inch in the display, a way better resolution of 1440 x 2880 and a larger screen.
Xperia XZ3 has a little better processing power than Xiaomi Mi 6, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Xperia XZ3 features just a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi 6, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for low-light photography, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Xperia XZ3 also counts with a way larger sensor and a camera with way more MP.
The Xperia XZ3 features a bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 6, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 512 GB. Xiaomi Mi 6 features just a little bit longer battery life than Xperia XZ3, because it has a 1% bigger battery size.
Although Sony Xperia XZ3 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi Mi 6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Mi 6. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Sony Xperia XZ3, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xiaomi Mi 6, resigning some features and specs.
