Comparison review
The Xperia XZ3 is a bit better than Xiaomi Mi Max, getting a general score of 79.6 against 77.5. Xperia XZ3 is a notably newer and a bit lighter phone than Xiaomi Mi Max, although it is extremely thicker. Xperia XZ3 counts with a sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi Max, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a way greater count of pixels per screen inch and a way higher 1440 x 2880px resolution.
The Xperia XZ3 has a bit superior processing unit than Xiaomi Mi Max. Both of them have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount. Xiaomi Mi Max features a quite bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xperia XZ3, because although it has a slot for an SD memory card that allows 256 GB smaller, it also counts with 64 GB more internal memory.
The Xperia XZ3 shoots slightly better photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture, the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Xperia XZ3 also has a back-facing camera with more mega-pixels. The Xiaomi Mi Max has a much better battery performance than Sony Xperia XZ3, because it has a 4850mAh battery size.
