The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 has an overall score of 83.7, which is a little bit better than Xperia XZ3's score of 79.6. Both of these phones include Android OS, but Xiaomi Mi Note 10 has 10 version while Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 is a newer and a little thinner phone than Xperia XZ3, although it is also a little bit heavier.
The Xperia XZ3 counts with a little more vivid display than Xiaomi Mi Note 10, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixels quantity in each inch in the display, a higher 1440 x 2880 resolution and a brighter display.
