Motorola Moto Z4 is a little bit better than Sony Xperia XZs, getting a 79.8 score against 77.2. Motorola Moto Z4's design is much newer and just a little bit thinner than the Sony Xperia XZs's, although it is also a bit heavier. The Moto Z4 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Xperia XZs, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Moto Z4 also has a higher number of cores.

The Xperia XZs has a little more vivid screen than Moto Z4, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a bit worse 1080 x 1920px resolution, it also counts with a quite greater pixel density. The Moto Z4 has a very superior storage capacity to install games and applications than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 512 GB and 96 GB more internal memory.

The Moto Z4 counts with improved battery performance than Xperia XZs, because it has 3600mAh of battery capacity instead of 2900mAh. The Xperia XZs counts with a better camera than Moto Z4, although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, a back camera with way less MP resolution, a tinier back camera sensor taking worse quality images and a worse (4K) video quality.

The Moto Z4 not only is the best phones of the ones we are comparing here, but it's also by far the cheapest one.
