Comparison review
The Huawei Mate X is much better than the Xperia Z2a, getting a score of 89.4 against 73. Huawei Mate X's construction has the same thickness than the Xperia Z2a, but it is much heavier. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei Mate X has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Xperia Z2a has Android 4.4.2, so it gives you lots of additional features.
The Huawei Mate X counts with a bit better processing power than Sony Xperia Z2a, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with a higher number of cores and a higher amount of RAM memory. The Sony Xperia Z2a counts with a bit better display than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a much smaller screen and a way worse 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch of screen.
The Sony Xperia Z2a captures slightly better videos and photos than Huawei Mate X, although it has a much worse 20.7 MP resolution camera and a way tinier camera sensor shooting much worse quality photos and videos. Huawei Mate X has a very superior storage to install games and applications than Sony Xperia Z2a, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity.
Huawei Mate X has a much better battery lifetime than Xperia Z2a, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xperia Z2a, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xperia Z2a. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the Xperia Z2a, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your money.
