Comparison review
LG Velvet is better than Xperia Z2a, getting a overall score of 87.1 against 73. The LG Velvet design is much thinner but just a little bit heavier than the Xperia Z2a. The LG Velvet counts with a bit faster processing unit than Xperia Z2a, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a greater number of cores and more RAM memory.
The Xperia Z2a features a sharper display than LG Velvet, because although it has a little bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a really smaller display, it also counts with a little greater pixels density. LG Velvet features a way bigger storage for games and applications than Sony Xperia Z2a, because it has 112 GB more internal storage capacity and an external memory card slot that holds up to 1,95 TB.
The LG Velvet features a much longer battery performance than Xperia Z2a, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh. The LG Velvet has a greater camera than Xperia Z2a, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the LG Velvet also has a back-facing camera with a much higher resolution and a larger sensor providing a better image quality.
The LG Velvet is a little more expensive than Sony Xperia Z2a, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
