Motorola razr (2020) has a general score of 87, which is better than Sony Xperia Z2a's 73 score. The Motorola razr (2020) construction is somewhat heavier but notably thinner than the Sony Xperia Z2a. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Motorola razr (2020) has older 11 version while Sony Xperia Z2a has Android 4.4.2 version.
