Comparison review
The Galaxy Note 4 is much better than the Xperia Z2a, having an 81.6 score against 73. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Note 4 has the newer 5.0 version while Xperia Z2a has Android 4.4.2 version, so it counts with some extra features and optimized performance. The Galaxy Note 4 design is just a little bit heavier but a lot thinner than Xperia Z2a.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has just a bit better display than Xperia Z2a, because it has a bit bigger display, a little better pixel amount in each display inch and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440. The Galaxy Note 4 features just a little better hardware performance than Sony Xperia Z2a, and although they both have 4 CPU cores and the same RAM amount, the Galaxy Note 4 also has a faster 500 megahertz graphics processing unit.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 features a slightly better camera than Xperia Z2a, although it has a much lower 16 megapixels resolution back-facing camera, a worse (4K) video resolution and a smaller back camera sensor capturing less light and washed colors. Galaxy Note 4 counts with a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia Z2a, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 128 GB, the Galaxy Note 4 also has more internal storage.
Galaxy Note 4 features just a bit longer battery lifetime than Xperia Z2a, because it has a 7% greater battery size.
Galaxy Note 4 costs a bit more than Xperia Z2a, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
