Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is a little bit better than the Xperia Z2a, having a 77.5 score against 73. Xiaomi Mi Max 2's design is a lot heavier but notably thinner than the Xperia Z2a. Sony Xperia Z2a has just a little better processing power than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has a lower number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with an additional graphics processor.
Xperia Z2a has a better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has a lot smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1920 x 1080, the Xperia Z2a also counts with a better amount of pixels per inch of screen. The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 counts with a slightly better camera than Xperia Z2a, although it has a worse 3840x2160 video quality, a lot smaller sensor which provides a way lower photo and video quality and a camera in the back with a lot lower 12 mega pixels resolution.
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features a much greater storage to install applications and games than Xperia Z2a, and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 128 GB, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 also has 112 GB more internal storage capacity. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features a very superior battery life than Xperia Z2a, because it has 5300mAh of battery capacity.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 costs more money than Xperia Z2a, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
