Comparison review
The Xperia XZ3 is a little bit better than the Xperia Z3, with a 79.6 score against 77.3. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Xperia XZ3 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Xperia Z3 has Android 4.4.4 version, providing lots of additional features. Although the Xperia XZ3 is notably newer than Xperia Z3, it's heavier and thicker.
The Xperia Z3 counts with a slightly better looking screen than Sony Xperia XZ3, because although it has a much lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px, a little bit smaller screen and a just a little less pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a quite more screen brightness. The Sony Xperia XZ3 counts with a very superior storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia Z3, because it has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB and 64 GB internal memory.
Xperia XZ3 counts with a bit superior CPU than Xperia Z3, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with 4 more cores and a greater amount of RAM. Xperia XZ3 counts with just a little better battery performance than Xperia Z3, because it has a 3330mAh battery size instead of 3200mAh.
Xperia XZ3 takes just a bit better pictures and videos than Xperia Z3, although it has a lower resolution back-facing camera and a lower 3840x2160 video resolution, they both have a F2 diafragm aperture and the same back camera sensor size.
Although Xperia XZ3 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Sony Xperia Z3, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Sony Xperia Z3. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get Sony Xperia Z3, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
