Comparison review
Huawei P20 is a bit better than Xperia Z3+, with a 78.1 score against 73.7. The Huawei P20 is a noticeably newer cellphone than the Xperia Z3+, although it is somewhat heavier and just a bit thicker. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei P20 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Xperia Z3+ has Android 5.0.
Huawei P20 has a better CPU than Sony Xperia Z3+, because it has a higher amount of RAM and a greater number of cores. Sony Xperia Z3+ counts with a little sharper screen than Huawei P20, although it has a little smaller screen, a quite lower 1920 x 1080 resolution and a just a bit worse pixels density.
The Xperia Z3+ captures a bit better videos and photos than Huawei P20, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for low-light photos and video, and they both have the same video frame rates, the same (4K) video definition and the same back-facing camera sensor size, the Xperia Z3+ also counts with a much better 20.7 MP resolution camera in the back.
The Huawei P20 has a superior memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia Z3+, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. The Huawei P20 has just a little better battery duration than Sony Xperia Z3+, because it has a 3400mAh battery capacity.
Although Huawei P20 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xperia Z3+, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xperia Z3+. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Huawei P20, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Xperia Z3+, letting go some specifications.
