Comparison review

OnePlus 8 has a general score of 76, which is just a bit better than Xperia Z3+'s general score of 73.7. The OnePlus 8 design is newer, but somewhat thicker and notably heavier than Xperia Z3+. OnePlus 8 features a slightly better looking screen than Xperia Z3+, because although it has a bit worse pixel quantity in each inch of display, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a bigger screen.

The OnePlus 8 has a superior processing power than Xperia Z3+, because it has a larger amount of RAM and a larger number of cores. The OnePlus 8 features a much bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Sony Xperia Z3+, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.

OnePlus 8 shoots much clearer videos and photos than Xperia Z3+, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the OnePlus 8 also has higher 60 frames per second video frame rates, a bigger back-facing camera sensor which offers a higher image and video quality, a camera with a much better resolution and a bigger aperture.

The OnePlus 8 counts with a way better battery duration than Xperia Z3+, because it has a 47 percent larger battery size.

Although OnePlus 8 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xperia Z3+, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xperia Z3+. If you want to save some money, you can get the Xperia Z3+, giving up a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your budget.
