Comparison review

The Galaxy S6 edge+ is slightly better than the Sony Xperia Z3+, having a global score of 79.3 against 73.7. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy S6 edge+ has a more recent 5.1 version and Sony Xperia Z3+ has Android 5.0. The Galaxy S6 edge+ is a a bit heavier cellphone than Sony Xperia Z3+, but both are 0.27inches thick.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ features just a bit better screen than Xperia Z3+, because it has a little bit higher amount of pixels per inch of display, a better 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and a little bit larger display. Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with a bit better processing unit than Sony Xperia Z3+, and although they both have a Single-Core processing unit, the Galaxy S6 edge+ also has 1 GB more RAM memory.

So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy S6 edge+, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Xperia Z3+, resigning some specs and features.
