Comparison review
The Xperia XZ3 is just a bit better than Sony Xperia Z3+, with a overall score of 79.6 against 73.7. The Xperia XZ3 body is incredibly newer, but a lot thicker and noticeably heavier than Sony Xperia Z3+. Both devices we are comparing here come with Android operating system, but Xperia XZ3 has newer 9.0 Pie version and Sony Xperia Z3+ has Android 5.0.
The Sony Xperia XZ3 features a better performing processor than Sony Xperia Z3+, because it has more RAM and a higher number of cores (and faster). The Sony Xperia XZ3 features just a bit better looking screen than Sony Xperia Z3+, because it has a higher pixel count per inch in the screen, a much better 1440 x 2880px resolution and a bigger screen.
Xperia XZ3 counts with a much greater storage for applications and games than Xperia Z3+, because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 512 GB. Xperia Z3+ and Xperia XZ3 count with really similar cameras, and although the Xperia XZ3 has a back camera with lesser MP resolution and a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, they both have a same size camera aperture and the same back camera sensor size.
Xperia XZ3 counts with just a bit longer battery duration than Xperia Z3+, because it has 3330mAh of battery capacity.
Although Sony Xperia XZ3 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Sony Xperia Z3+, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Sony Xperia Z3+. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Sony Xperia XZ3, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Sony Xperia Z3+, letting go some specs and features.
