Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 5s has a score of 76.4, which is just a bit better than Xperia Z3+'s 73.7 overall score. These phones use Android OS, but the Xiaomi Mi 5s has a newer 6.0 Marshmallow version and Xperia Z3+ has Android 5.0, giving a couple additional features. Xiaomi Mi 5s is a newer cellphone than the Xperia Z3+, although it's somewhat thicker and a bit heavier.
Xperia Z3+ has a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi Mi 5s. They have the same exact 1920 x 1080px resolution, a display with the same size and a better count of pixels per inch in the display. The Xiaomi Mi 5s counts with a bit superior processing unit than Xperia Z3+, because it has 3 more cpu cores and 1 GB more RAM.
Xperia Z3+ has a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and although they both have a F2 aperture, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the same video frame rate and a same size sensor, the Xperia Z3+ also has a back-facing camera with a lot better resolution. Xiaomi Mi 5s features a much better storage to store more apps and games than Xperia Z3+, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s features a bit superior battery lifetime than Sony Xperia Z3+, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity instead of 2930mAh.
Although Xiaomi Mi 5s is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xperia Z3+, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xperia Z3+. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy the Xperia Z3+, letting go a couple features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
