Comparison review

Sony Xperia Z4v has an overall score of 78.8, which is slightly better than the Motorola DROID Turbo's global score of 77.9. Both devices in this review use Android OS (operating system), but the Sony Xperia Z4v has 5.1 version while Motorola DROID Turbo has Android 4.4.4 version, counting with some extra features and performance tweaks. Sony Xperia Z4v is a a little lighter and noticeably thinner cellphone than the Motorola DROID Turbo, even when both of them were only released with a couple months difference.

Sony Xperia Z4v and Motorola DROID Turbo have really similar screens, both of them have a screen with the same size, the same resolution of 2560 x 1440px and the same count of pixels per display inch. The Xperia Z4v counts with a bit more memory capacity to install applications and games than Motorola DROID Turbo, because although it has only 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 128 GB.

The Motorola DROID Turbo features just a little better processing power than Xperia Z4v, although it has an inferior number of cores (although faster) and a slower graphics co-processor, they both have a 3 GB RAM. Sony Xperia Z4v takes clearer pictures and videos than Motorola DROID Turbo, and although they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same resolution camera in the back, the Sony Xperia Z4v also has higher 30 frames per second video frame rate.

Motorola DROID Turbo counts with greater battery performance than Xperia Z4v, because it has a 30 percent larger battery size.

Although Xperia Z4v is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Motorola DROID Turbo, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Motorola DROID Turbo. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get Motorola DROID Turbo, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your money.
