Comparison review
Huawei P20 is just a bit better than Xperia Z5 Compact, with a 78.1 score against 75.1. The Huawei P20 design is way newer and somewhat thinner, but also somewhat heavier than the Xperia Z5 Compact. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but Huawei P20 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Xperia Z5 Compact has Android 5.1 version, so it counts with some additional features.
Sony Xperia Z5 Compact has just a bit better hardware performance than Huawei P20, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have 8 cores, the Sony Xperia Z5 Compact also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. The Xperia Z5 Compact features a bit sharper display than Huawei P20, although it has a much worse display pixel density, a lot smaller screen and a way worse 1280 x 720 resolution.
The Huawei P20 has more storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xperia Z5 Compact, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. Huawei P20 has better battery life than Xperia Z5 Compact, because it has 3400mAh of battery capacity. Sony Xperia Z5 Compact takes just a bit better photos and videos than Huawei P20, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, a same size sensor, the same video definition and the same aperture, the Sony Xperia Z5 Compact also has a back facing camera with a way higher resolution.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we compare here, Huawei P20 is also very cheap compared to the other phones.
