The Xperia Z5 Premium is just a bit better than Google Nexus 5, with a 79.8 score against 76. Xperia Z5 Premium is a newer and just a bit thinner cellphone than Google Nexus 5, but it is heavier. Both devices in this review include Android operating system, but Xperia Z5 Premium has the newer 5.1 version while Google Nexus 5 has Android 4.4.3.

The Xperia Z5 Premium has a much better display than Google Nexus 5, because it has a little bit bigger screen, a much better resolution of 3840 x 2160 and much more pixels per display inch. Xperia Z5 Premium features a very superior memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Nexus 5, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Xperia Z5 Premium also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 200 GB.

Sony Xperia Z5 Premium features just a little better processing power than Google Nexus 5, and although they both have a 450 megahertz graphics co-processor, the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium also has a greater number of cores and a higher amount of RAM. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a very superior battery performance than Google Nexus 5, because it has a 49% bigger battery capacity.

Sony Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a way better camera than Google Nexus 5, because it has a way bigger camera sensor capturing lot higher quality videos and photographs, a much more mega-pixels back facing camera, a way better 3840x2160 video definition and a way larger diafragm aperture to take better low-light photos and videos.

Sony Xperia Z5 Premium is a bit more expensive than Google Nexus 5, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
