Comparison review

The Xperia Z5 Premium is just a bit better than LG V30, with a 79.8 score against 79.1. Although it's the best phone we compare here, the Xperia Z5 Premium is an extremely older, heavier and a little thicker phone than LG V30. LG V30's processor is just as good as Xperia Z5 Premium's processing unit, because although the LG V30 has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, and they both have the same number of cores, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM.

Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a much better screen than LG V30, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a much better 3840 x 2160 resolution and a greater display density. The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium takes clearer photographs and videos than LG V30, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for shooting photos and/or video in low light situations, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same (4K) video quality, the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with a lot larger sensor shooting much better quality videos and pictures and a camera with much more mega-pixels.

LG V30 counts with a way bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity and a SD card slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has a little better battery duration than LG V30, because it has 3430mAh of battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.

Although Xperia Z5 Premium is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG V30, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG V30. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the LG V30, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
