Comparison review

The Xperia Z5 Premium is a little bit better than Motorola DROID Turbo, getting a overall score of 79.8 against 77.9. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but Xperia Z5 Premium has a newer 5.1 version while Motorola DROID Turbo has Android 4.4.4, providing the user a couple nice extra features. Xperia Z5 Premium's construction is newer and way thinner, but also just a bit heavier than Motorola DROID Turbo.

Motorola DROID Turbo counts with just a bit better performance than Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has a lower number of cores , and they both have 3 GB of RAM, the Motorola DROID Turbo also counts with a much better GPU. The Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a little bit better looking display than Motorola DROID Turbo, because it has a little larger display, a way better 3840 x 2160 resolution and a higher pixel quantity in each display inch.

The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a greater memory capacity to install games and applications than Motorola DROID Turbo, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 200 GB. The Motorola DROID Turbo has just a little bit longer battery performance than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a 3900mAh battery size.

Sony Xperia Z5 Premium takes a bit better pictures and videos than Motorola DROID Turbo, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium also has a bigger aperture to take better low-light photos and video, a better resolution back-facing camera and higher 30 frames per second video frame rate.

Although Xperia Z5 Premium is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Motorola DROID Turbo, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Motorola DROID Turbo. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy the Motorola DROID Turbo, giving up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
