Galaxy S23 Ultra has a general score of 81.5, which is a little bit better than the Xperia Z5 Premium's overall score of 79.8. Galaxy S23 Ultra is a somewhat thicker but much lighter phone than the Xperia Z5 Premium. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the Galaxy S23 Ultra has 13 version and Xperia Z5 Premium has Android 5.1, offering a lot of extra features.
