Comparison review

The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium is a bit better than the Sony Xperia XZ1, getting a 79.8 score against 78.3. Despite being the best in our current comparison, it must be noted that it is also a incredibly older, heavier and a little bit thicker phone. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a much more vibrant screen than Sony Xperia XZ1, because it has a lot higher 3840 x 2160 pixels resolution, a way higher display density and a little bigger display.

The Xperia XZ1's processor is just as good as the Xperia Z5 Premium one, because although the Xperia XZ1 has doesn't have a GPU, and they both have 8 CPU cores, it also counts with more RAM memory. The Xperia XZ1 has a much bigger memory to install applications and games than Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has 64 GB internal memory capacity and an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.

Xperia Z5 Premium shoots a little bit better photos and videos than Xperia XZ1, and although they both have a same size camera sensor, the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Xperia Z5 Premium also has a larger aperture and a back-facing camera with a higher 23 megapixels resolution.

The Xperia Z5 Premium has improved battery performance than Xperia XZ1, because it has a 3430mAh battery capacity.

Despite of being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, the Xperia Z5 Premium is also a bargain compared to others, making it very easy to pick between these phones.
