Comparison review
The iPhone 8 has a score of 85, which is just a bit better than Xperia Z5's 77.6 score. IPhone 8 is a just a little lighter cellphone than Xperia Z5, but both of them have the same thickness. Sony Xperia Z5 has a much better looking screen than iPhone 8, because it has a little larger screen, more pixels per inch in the screen and a way better 1920 x 1080px resolution.
IPhone 8 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Xperia Z5, because although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster), 1 GB less RAM memory and doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with a 64-bit CPU. IPhone 8 counts with a very superior storage to store more apps and games than Xperia Z5, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory.
Sony Xperia Z5 counts with a really longer battery lifetime than iPhone 8, because it has 2900mAh of battery capacity. Sony Xperia Z5 features a bit better camera than iPhone 8, because although it has slower 30 frames per second video frame rates, and they both have a F1.8 aperture and the same (4K) video definition, the Sony Xperia Z5 also counts with a way larger sensor and a back facing camera with a much higher resolution.
Although iPhone 8 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xperia Z5, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xperia Z5. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the iPhone 8, else you can save some money and buy the Xperia Z5, letting go some specs and features.
