Comparison review
The Galaxy A80 is a bit better than the Sony Xperia Z5, getting an 84.9 score against 77.6. Even though Galaxy A80 is much newer than Sony Xperia Z5, it is noticeably heavier and much thicker. Xperia Z5 features a bit better processing unit than Galaxy A80, because although it has less RAM, and they both have 8 processing cores, the Xperia Z5 also counts with a GPU.
The Sony Xperia Z5 features a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy A80, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a much smaller display, it also counts with a little bit higher pixels density. Galaxy A80 shoots a bit better photographs and videos than Sony Xperia Z5, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for shooting pictures and/or video in low light environments, and they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Galaxy A80 also counts with a bigger sensor providing a better image quality and a camera in the back with lot more megapixels.
